A student organization I'm in held a fundraiser banquet this evening. I got called on to do valet because I can drive stick. No manual cars showed up, but whatever. It was a fun experience! I'll probably do a a LIGHTNING ROUND review of all the cars I drove when I find the time.

Even though they were all just common, every-day cars, I still enjoyed it. It makes you appreciate the diversity that exists even in the mundane.

Since this was a group fundraiser and the other valet and I were volunteers, we discouraged tips in the RSVP emails. A couple people still did, though. We decided to just throw it in the pot.
